The 68th Grammys Best Dressed List

This year, the 68th Grammys took place at Crypto.com in Los Angeles. Besides the Grammys being a night of enjoying the music from some of the top musicians, like Docheii, Bruno Mars, Leon Thomas, Olivia Dean, Kendrick Lamar, and so many more, this is also a special night for fashion.

When we look at other red carpets, like Cannes Film Festival, a dress code is enforced to guarantee attendees show up as a flawless representation of the institution hosting. However, the Grammys is a rare award show that doesn’t adhere to the norms of society.  A celebrity may be locked into an ambassador deal, but they can show their personalities, not only through performances, but through their attire.

This show has been home to many fashion moments that have shifted culture. Moments within fashion that have been duplicated for Halloween, or even shown in museum exhibitions. Cardi B in the pearl Thierry Mugler Dress, Rihanna in a Pink Strapless Giambattista Valli couture gown, Lady Gaga in the interstellar Armani Priva dress, or, of course, Jennifer Lopez in her infamous silk Chiffon Versace dress for the first time.

With each fashion moment comes some hits and some misses. We have pulled together some of our favorites from one music’s favorite fashion nights.
